Patterns of Missing Data

An attempt to visualize patterns of missing data in the freetrade dataset of the Amelia package for R.

Missing data are represented by filled circles. Columns represent unique patterns of missing data for an observation. The percentage of observations with a given pattern is reflected in the bar chart on top. The percentage of missing values for a given variable across all observations is reflected in the bar chart to the right.
